Mr. Herbert Kafeero

Herbert Kafeero works as the Programs and Communications Manager at SEATINI Uganda. Herbert is a communication specialist and development practitioner deeply passionate about mission driven storytelling with hands on expertise in strategic communication, media relations, program management and strategic partnership development. He has over 8 years of experience in corporate communications and strategic partnership development, program management, research and advocacy, policy analysis and influencing in the NGO sector at national, regional and global levels. He has previously worked with A Global Healthcare Public Foundation (AGHPF) under a CDC/PEPFAR funded project and AG Quality Consultants, a Quality Management Systems Consultancy company where he worked in the position of Communications Officer. He has also worked previously with SEATINI Uganda in the positions of Communications, Documentation and IT Officer and Coordinator.
