Mr. Herbert Kafeero

Herbert Kafeero is a development professional and communications specialist with vast experience in strategic communication, research for development, program management and strategic partnership development, policy influencing, advocacy and campaigning for the realization of pro-development outcomes. He has over 8 years of experience in public policy analysis and on how public policies affect affairs at national, regional and global levels. He has co-authored and contributed to policy oriented and advocacy related efforts towards promoting pro development outcomes. Herbert Kafeero currently works in position of Programs and Communications Manager at the Southern and Eastern Africa Trade Information and Negotiations Institute (SEATINI) Uganda
