Mr. Mugambwa Owen Paul Dogoto

Mugambwa Owen Paul Dogoto is a recent graduate with a background in midstream and downstream oil and gas operations. He is certified as an HSE Supervisor by ECITB-UK. Mugambwa has experience in project management, having led a student organization focused on environmental restoration, where he developed skills in team coordination, resource mobilization, and sustainable project implementation.

He is committed to a people-centered approach to development, advocating for the balance of economic growth, environmental protection, and human rights. His technical expertise and dedication to sustainability make him a valuable asset to SEATINI Uganda’s mission to promote social justice and equitable development through trade and investment policies.
