Ms. Grace Namugambe

Grace Namugambe works with SEATINI Uganda as the Programme Officer under financing from development/Tax Justice Programme. She is a Certified International Tax Advisor (CITA) and fellow with the Global Academy of Financial Management. She possess great knowledge in tax and tax policy related aspects at the national, regional and global level. She has also authored and contributed to the development of a number of tax information knowledge products/materials providing a link between tax and other development aspects such as inequality, extractives, gender and youth. As a passionate tax policy analyst and an activist for tax justice, Grace has worked closely with policy makers at national level to ensure pro-development outcomes in various tax and tax related policy processes.
