Ms. Regina Navuga

Regina is an expert on trade and Taxation issues. She is a Programme head under Financing for Development. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in International Trade and Development from TRAPCA (Trade Policy Center in Africa) and an Honors Bachelors Degree in Commerce from Makerere University Kampala-Uganda. She has contributed to a number of publications on tax and budget.
